  • How much does a building inspection cost?

    Most pre-purchase building inspections range from $450–$800 incl. GST, depending on the property’s size, age and location. Apartments/townhouses are usually at the lower end, larger or older homes at the higher end may adjust the price. You’ll get a fixed quote before we book.

  • Are your building inspectors licensed and insured?

    Yes. Your inspections are carried out by a VBA licensed/registered builder with current professional indemnity and public liability insurance. We follow the relevant Australian Standards for residential inspections and provide clear reports with clear photos.


  • How long do reports take?

    Reports are typically delivered within 24 hours of the inspection. Complex properties may take up to 48 hours. Need it sooner? Ask about priority turnaround and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
